Does the US have ANY moral authority left?

Death to the Al Quaida suspects in Guantanomo Bay! On what grounds? They broke the Geneva Convention by committing warcrimes! But aren't we breaking the Convention by torturing them, denying their lawyers access to evidence and keeping them there for so long without charging them? *Crickets chirping*

Well you know, torturing and killing helpless people is one of those good Christian conservative family values (I think we're now officially a rogue state)..

We're just going to make them martyrs and increase the violence against our own troops, citizens, and the people whose lands we occupy tenfold with the results of these death warrants.

It makes me want to cry: hasn't our belly had its fill of blood from that September morning?
