Not too long ago, someone castigated me for expressing some rather anti-Republican views. mentioned such stuff POC are really not served by having only one party, as they will be taken for granted and exploited. I agree with the argument in principle. BUT, the Republican party? With a strong and steady tradition in the last couple of years of pulling THIS kind of shit? HEELLLLL NO.

According to the National Review, the reason Washington Mutual went down was because of...wait for it....its DIVERSITY Of course! Those uppity gays and darkies MUST have done it! Nothing to do with fucked up greedy and worthless financial instruments being traded until the musical chairs stopped. Oh no.

And what, we're NOT racist. Or bigoted! We've got FAMILY VALUES!! Funnily enough, the so-called independent, migrant-bashing, Lou Dobbs also picked one up. His wife, said he, would LOVE this. Okay. Stay away from his wife then.

And of course, there is the politician from Louisiana who wants to pay poor women $1000 to tie up their tubes.


And this is BEFORE we get into the anti-poor people, corporate-fat-cats-first, let the aristocrats-exploit-us-all ideology.
