I am home from wiscon

safe and sound. I am aware of California. And the nominee for Supreme Court Justice. I will comment on those tomorrow. I was honored to meet several people from LJ. I am still high about that. There are people that I sincerely wish were there. Regrettably, there was fail. The sun never sets on that, apparently. But, there was the orc horde to process and discuss and rant and stand together with. And there were BOOKS. And AUTHORS!!!! And sci fi shows!!!! And Star Trek re-watchings in movie theatres!!(Though that was an interesting experience. I think we were the only POC in that cinema. There was...staring.) Oh well. There were cute bellhops as well. And good food. And orc horde moots. Therefore, a net success and I will do it again!

So I am cycling for the most part out of several fandoms

So I will be defriending several authors whom I had friended for fic. Its nothing personal, just that my tastes have changed and my interests lie elsewhere.
