Funny how every other minority group who has come to America has managed to rise above prejudice and has not embraced victimhood. Blacks are the exception. When black americans start perceiving themselves as equal, their fellow americans will start seeing blacks as equal.
The comic correctly shows that there are some prejudice people in the world. Even so, it's not Bob's fault.
I am sick and tired of everyone playing down racism as if it no longer exists; it does. I live and work in Chicago; have my entire life. I am a single mother from the ghetto. I have fought and strived to bring not only myself but my daughter out of that environment. I am well educated and am not in the process of giving my daughter the gift of higher education. I have strived to teach her to love and respect people of all races. I have love dated and married men of other nationalities. Yet I tell you unless you have been black for one minute of any day BE STILL! Understand that I know I live in one of the most racist cities in the country but as long as one black person is held down because of the color of their skin; we all are! I have met with African-Americans with PH.D’s and they have spoken on the cruelty of racism in their own world; workforce. Let me tell you this; it does not matter the how many degrees you have, how well you can speak the kings English, how fancy your car and/or clothes in the end we all nothing but niggers to them. I have equal or more education than my peers yet I am seen as less. My education is viewed as deficient. They assume, openly that I have attended a black university and therefore my education is lacking. Hum, imagine their faces when they find out that I have attended all private universities; the best that this city has to offer. Then I am deemed as one of the good niggers. Worst my child has had to experience this shit since we moved out of the damn ghetto! I tell you black people do not forget where you came and on who’s back carried you. Until all of us are free; not one of us truly is! RACISM IS ALIVE AND WELL IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Now that you people know the truth, what are YOU willing to do? Are you ready for a change or do you need to be changed? Are you ready to lead or be led? While your race takes a cognitive snooze we have incorporated the Hispanics to clean up the remaining self esteem, motivation and desire that exist within many of you. Get a grip and get on with the get on!
