They are lucky the temperature in Texas is decent right now because if it were our usual September weather of over 100 degrees, there would be riots over ice.
It really is ridiculous that they keep throwing money at these financial institutions yet can't get ice to people. It's not like ice is so costly and hard to transport. FEMA is so useless.
