Si I was wondering why every other news service except the US had China first and the US second. Apparently, everyone ones else, including the IOC, counts by the quality of medals. The US counts by the quantity of medals. How ...interesting.

Finally got to watch the womens 100m final. Did a bit more dancing.


The Chinese 110m hurdles gold medal contender had to drop out. Pity.

Am VERY pissed off that I can't find medal ceremonies for Bolt. Will NEVER watch the Olympics on NBC again.


Laughs loudly at the NBC announcement that they will run the 200m mens track and field final live. Caught flat-footed, weren't cha? I don't think I'll be able to see it though. School tomorrow, WOE!!! And a dental appointment.

Waiting to get registered is boring

Good news: No cavities, just a really deep groove in my teeth. So some kind of bond was added. Orthodontist appointment tomorrow. He's gonna be disappointed though.

Bad News: Find 22000 dollars for spring tuition. DO so knowing that I am too late to apply for financial aid, cause I wasn't sure I'd actually go back. And that I don't have a steady job at the moment cause of the disaster that happened a couple of weeks ago. Quite.

Honestly. I have completely lost interest in school anyway.

I have never been able to see the beauty of diamonds. To me they just look like clear stones. I don't really like gemstones, actually. Boring. I don't wear a lot of jewelry (to my Mom's GREAT annoyance) but when I do, I prefer carved wood or plastic twisted into intriguing shapes.
