This speech was riveting. I've passed the link on and I want to quit my job and ask her if I may sweep her floors.

She is doing wonderful work. I've been aware that this work has been happening in the Bronx, but, it isn't my neighborhood and I haven't been up there in easily 4 years at the least (pathetic, right? In my city and all...disgusting how chaotic lives can get).
